My name is Eric Host and I specialize in marketing homes for sale in Montgomery County, TN and the surrounding areas, including Clarksville, Adams, Springfield, Pleasant View and Ashland City. Prior to my career in Real Estate, I spent 10 years in corporate purchasing roles for Fortune 500 companies, negotiating the best deals possible for my company. I have been a proud Clarksville resident since April 2007. In my off time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my beloved family and friends. Originally from Michigan, I have lived in South Carolina, Texas and Tennessee. My wife, Jaime, is a 2nd grade teacher at Cumberland Heights Elementary School. Together, we have two beautiful children, Keira (5) and Keagan (7). I also volunteer with the American Cancer Society, most recently as the Chairman for the Montgomery County Relay for Life. I earned my BBA from Western Michigan University and hold an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Clarksville Tennessee is located about 45 minutes NW of Nashville in Montgomery County. The Clarksville/Montgomery County TN area is home to about 160,000 people. In addition, Clarksville is situated right next to Ft. Campbell, KY, home of the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division.
