My name is Verisa Reynolds and I am here to assist you with the selling or purchasing of Real Estate in the Ft. Campbell, Clarksville, Montgomery County areas.
Since 1983, I have been involved in some aspect of Real Estate. I have been involved in both new construction and the buying and selling of existing homes. I have lived at several military installations within the U.S. before settling down in Clarksville, TN in 1994. I have been a licensed Real Estate agent agent since March of 1995. I am licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee. My specialized area is in new construction. The reason for this specialty is greatly due to my marraige to my husband in September 1998. My husband has been in construction for over 45 years. Being married to a licensed General Contractor that specializes in new construction, land development and custom homes has given me the inside knowledge and experience for this industry. My contribution to his company is to assist him in the daily operations and all phases of construction.
In November 2004, my husband and I purchased the Exit Franchise and opened our office in March 2005. Throughout the years that I have been with Exit, I have been honored to receive several awards, not only for myself but for our brokerage.
